The department of cultural studies students at Volda University College engage in a wide variety of extracurricular activities each semester as part of their coursework.

Now students and staff at Volda University College can nominate one or more lecturers who they think deserve to win the award for Quality in Education in 2022. 

The National Research Week 2022 at Volda University College opened on Friday with the presentation of the R&D 22' award to Helga Synnevåg Løvoll.

Food&Chat, free supper during exam time, talks about everything from heartbreak to study techniques, memory courses, stress-reduction yoga and "source sorting" in the library are just a few examples. The offers for students in Volda go far beyond the academic.

The health centre is a public partnership service between Volda municipality, SiVolda (student association) and Volda University College. The service is open to all Volda youth and students of any age.
